You just need to eat four Melon-pans or Big Macs to get enough calory a day if you aren't doing any vigorous activities such as sports, workout or extensive walking.
However, if you fidget a lot, you'll need more calaries as you burn more. In other words, fidgeting seems to give a chance or require to eat more.
