Anmswer Key
Q-1: Current sensing systems are not that reliable to identify who to kill or not, such as enemies or allies, armed or non-armed or soldiers or civilians.
Those killer robots can’t make reasonable judgments who and when to kill the encountered humans.
There could be flaws in the supply chain, either in software or hardware.
There could be a chance for copying or hacking of such killer robots by the enemy or terrorists.
