Dear Advancing Classmates,

A constitution is a set of laws and basic principles that governs a state.

If some right is clearly stated in the constitution, it needs to be respected unless the constitution is amended.

So, if any commonly unacceptable or legally unjustifiable incident occurs, the case needs to be disputed either it is constitutionally permissible or not.

Firearms for the blind is one of such issues in the U.S.
