The blue whale is the largest animal in the world. It weighs 150 tons and grows 30 meters long.
Baby blue whales drink 600 litters of their mothers’ milk every day. Blue whales live in the sea but they come to the surface every 15 minutes. When a whale breathes, it blows water into the air. There are 83 kinds of whales. They all have different songs. Some people hunt whales to get meat and oil.
