Dear Advancing Classmates,
If I had a chance to own and run a restaurants, I'd like a Chinese noodle restaurant. Chinese noodles are very popular in Japan and have a variety of noodles, soups and toppings to offer. The signage of the restaurant should be red because it reminds people of China. It is also an appealing color to anyone who is hungry. The name of the restaurant should be incorporated with the color, such as Red Panda or Red Noodle, so that people can easily remember the name and location of the restaurant. Red is the color I would choose for my Chinese noodle restaurant.
